I wish to share a tale from my heart
Of a wandering soul, lost from the start.
Drifting through life with no purpose in sight,
Chained to desires, blinded from light.
I did not know — it was my ark time,
Yet I lived unaware, in rhythm and rhyme.
Then one day, across my glowing screen,
Appeared a face, serene and keen.
A bearded sage, in saffron arrayed,
With words of wisdom, gentle yet staid.
Was it a divine trap, a sweet monkey bait?
I clicked and listened — drawn by His grace.
Day by day, his words would stay,
Morning and evening, they lit my way.
Nine months passed, and I realized —
My soul was touched, my spirit grew.
God, in His grace, has gifted me rare,
A Guru divine, beyond all compare.
Swami Mukundanand Ji — a name so sweet,
At his lotus feet, my life feels complete.
What have I done to deserve such love?
Unworthy I am, yet blessed from above.
His mercy is boundless, his mission is pure,
To uplift this world and help souls endure.
How can I repay what I constantly gain?
His teachings, his love — beyond worldly chains.
Though small and flawed, still I aspire,
To serve his cause, to rise higher.
And now, I bow and gently plead,
With folded hands and a humble need —
To build a place where wisdom shall rise,
A university touching the skies.
A haven where truth and dharma reside,
With wisdom's rivers flowing wide.
And so I ask, with folded hands,
For a humble gift that love commands.
Just a few bricks — your kindness, your cue,
To shape the dream we call JKU.
A world-class seat of learning so bright,
Where future souls will find their light.
For Guru and God, the debt is too vast,
But with your help, this gift will last.
So open your heart, let compassion lead,
And sow the seeds for a divine deed.
