Ms Sukti Adhikari joined the JKYog Ashram as a full-time volunteer at a very young age and has been residing there since 2007, dedicating herself to the life of service. Over the years, she has served in various capacities, including as a satsang organiser, coordinator, video editor, and media team manager. Alongside her role as a kirtan singer, Sukti is a certified Yoga Instructor who integrates her understanding of spiritual teachings with Yogic practices in her sessions. With over 150 hours of teaching experience, she has previously conducted classes on "Vikas Ke Sutra" and "Bhakti Shatak" in both English and Hindi. Her deep spiritual understanding of the scriptures is rooted in the teachings of Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj and is enriched by her long association with Swami Mukundananda. Sukti is now leading the "Bhagavad Gita Simplified" class, where she presents the Gita's teachings in a manner accessible to all, regardless of background or prior knowledge. Her sessions offer a valuable opportunity to gain profound insights into the Gita, making its wisdom approachable and relevant for everyone. Sukti first met Swami Mukundananda in 1997 at a very young age. She graduated with a degree in English and Economics before joining the ashram and pursued her post-graduation in English literature while residing in the JKYog Ashram in Delhi.
