Harmonising Body,
Mind and Soul
21 June is International Yoga Day - a day when people across the world come together in one shared yoga practice, creating a uniquely powerful collective energy. Aligning with this global spirit, this special 7-day Kripalu Prakriya experience begins on the same day, offering a meaningful opportunity to deepen your yoga journey.
What You'll Practice
Experience a guided 7-day program integrating Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation, and Yogic Nutrition to reset your routine, enhance energy, and cultivate inner calm.
Yoga & Pranayam
45 minutes of gentle asana flows, mobility exercises and breathing practices to energise the body, build strength and release physical tension. Each posture is practised with conscious mental chanting of the divine name, so the body moves and the mind rests in God simultaneously.
Meditation
Guided meditation by Swami Mukundananda, practised daily to quiet the mind, cultivate inner stillness and develop the habit of looking inward.
Yogic Wisdom
Each session includes a short teaching drawn from a spectrum of topics: diet, health, the mind, stress, daily habits and the science of inner wellbeing. Practical wisdom you can apply the same day.

Testimonials
Before joining these sessions, I thought yoga was only physical exercise. The biggest shift for me was discovering how breath, awareness, and spiritual understanding work together. The practices helped me feel calmer and more centred in daily life.
What stayed with me was the combination of knowledge and practice. These sessions didn't feel like exercise classes. They felt like a complete reset for body, mind, and inner wellbeing. I now make time for meditation every day.
