Experience a guided 7-day program integrating Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation, and Yogic Nutrition to reset your routine, enhance energy, and cultivate inner calm.

45 minutes of gentle asana flows, mobility exercises and breathing practices to energise the body, build strength and release physical tension. Each posture is practised with conscious mental chanting of the divine name, so the body moves and the mind rests in God simultaneously.

  • Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and relaxation.
  • Practice at your own pace and within your comfort level. Yoga is a personal journey, not a competition.
  • If you have any medical conditions, recent injuries, or health concerns, please consult your physician before participating.
  • Listen to your body throughout the session. If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, pause immediately and modify or skip the posture.
  • Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and prepare for the practice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior yoga experience?
Not at all. Every posture in this program is taught from the beginning with clear instructions. All levels are welcome - from complete beginners to regular practitioners.
Will I receive recordings?
For the live yoga sessions, attending live is strongly recommended for the best experience. Recordings will be made available later on YouTube.
What if I miss a session?
We recommend attending live each morning - the energy of a live session is different. If you miss a day, simply join again the next morning and continue.
Is this suitable if I have a medical condition?
Please consult your physician before joining if you have any medical condition. During practice, always stay within your own comfort level. If any posture causes pain or discomfort, pause and modify or skip it.
What time zone is the session in?
The event timings are in Indian Standard Time (IST).
How do I join after registering?
After registering, we will send the joining details via email and add you to the WhatsApp Community.
