Sadhana Shivir Programs: Payments made towards the registration for Sadhana Shivirs are non-refundable.
Online Donations: Online donations are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Eligible Indian donors will receive a tax deduction receipt under section 80G of the Income Tax Act from JKYT, usually within 30 days of donation. Form No. 10BE, the Certificate of donation under clause (ix) of sub-section (5) of section 80G of the Income-Tax Act, 1961, will be issued to you as per the provisions of the Income-Tax Act, 1961, and rules made thereunder. Typically, 10BE will be issued by May 31st of the following financial year. Both 80G and 10BE will be available in PDF format only. Kindly provide the correct email address to receive them.

All yoga postures are to be performed at your discretion, considering any health issues or conditions. JKYog India shall not be responsible for any aggravations of existing health issues or conditions.

By registering for JKYog Events and Shivirs, you acknowledge and agree that JKYog reserves the right to cancel your registration or restrict entry to the event venue without providing specific reasons. This decision is at the sole discretion of JKYog and is non-negotiable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and harmonious event experience for all participants.

• Agreement: By submitting the volunteering form, you agree to volunteer with JKYog India and adhere to the organisation's rules and guidelines.
• Confidentiality: Volunteers agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information.
• Code of Conduct: Volunteers must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
• Responsibilities: Volunteers are responsible for tasks assigned to them, including regular attendance and punctuality.
• Termination: JKYog reserves the right to terminate the volunteering relationship at any time, with or without cause. Volunteers may also terminate their commitment with adequate notice.
• Liability: JKYog is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during volunteering activities.
• Data Usage: Personal information provided may be used for volunteer communication purposes only and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• Agreement Changes: JKYog reserves the right to update volunteering terms and conditions at any time. Volunteers will be notified of any changes.
